This week, Year 6 have been busy across the curriculum. In maths, we focused on calculating the area and perimeter of different shapes, applying our understanding to a range of problems. In English, we continued our SPaG revision in preparation for SATs, concentrating on the correct use of apostrophes for contractions and identifying different types of verbs. In DT, we began researching recipes for cornbread, exploring ingredients and methods in preparation for our own designs.
