In Geography this week, Year 3 worked in pairs on a quiz about the counties of England. They worked together to study a map of England and answered questions to work out which county was being described. The children used their prior knowledge of how to use compass points to help them.

As this week was the end of our Block 2 of learning, we celebrated at school with our traditional 'Fun Day Friday'. This block's theme was 'India'. As part of the celebration, we had a special guest lead us in a workshop based on dancing in the style of Bollywood. The children had a blast learning the dance and picked up the choreography very quickly!
