This week, Year 6 have enjoyed a busy and exciting week of learning. In Forest School, we made our own tent pegs by cutting wood to size with bow saws and carefully whittling the ends. In RE, we explored the seven signs of Jesus from John’s Gospel and created artwork to represent each one. In Science, we investigated how exercise affects heart rate by measuring our pulse before and after physical activity and analysing the results. Finally, we began our first dance unit in PE, learning new movements and creating short routines together.
