This week, we’ve really been getting into the Christmas spirit! Year 6 were lucky enough to watch the EYFS and KS2 Christmas dress rehearsals, which gave us a fantastic sneak peek at all the hard work (and festive fun) that’s been going on behind the scenes.

In RE, we’ve been learning all about the Magnificat and thinking carefully about what Mary’s words mean. We’ve also been comparing her to some of the incredible women who came before her in the Bible - Sarah, Hannah, Deborah and Esther – and discussing what they all show us about faith, courage and trust in God.

We also had a super interactive Forest School session, where we got hands-on with nature, worked together as a team and developed our resilience and problem-solving skills in the great outdoors.
