On Monday afternoon, the children took part in their own Sports Day, showing incredible determination, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship across all the events. supported and cheered on by their classmates and parents, it was an enjoyable event.

Then on Thursday, the Year 4 pupils stepped up brilliantly to support the younger children during the KS1 Sports Day. They helped set up, kept scores, and encouraged the younger children every step of the way. It was wonderful to see their leadership, kindness and encouragement shining through.

As if that wasn’t enough sporting fun for one week, they also have written diamante, haiku and renga poems; and learnt about time in Maths.
