Our journey through the Stone Age reached the Neolithic period this week, as we discovered how farming and living in settled communities brought significant changes to people’s lives. In Forest School, we carefully used whittling knives to begin preparing wood for our arrows, developing our practical skills along the way. We also revisited our number bonds within 10 in Maths, building confidence in these useful number relationships.
A busy week of Stone Age discoveries, woodland skills and number bond practice!
