In Maths, we focused on matching activities. The children had fun:

• • Pairing up socks and shoes

  • Matching buttons by colour and shape

  • Building and comparing Duplo towers

These activities supported their early problem-solving, observation, and comparison skills.

In RE, we talked about God's Creation and that we were part of his plan. We looked at ourselves in the mirror and painted portraits, made faces with loose parts,  decorated face biscuits and made 'Mini-me's'. We know that we are special and unique. 

In phonics and music, we listened to different sounds made by musical instruments. We played these and made loud and quiet sounds.
