Our Learning

We’ve had another busy and exciting week in nursery!
This week, we’ve been learning all about colours. The children have been busy matching and naming different colours through games, art and practical activities.
In our literacy sessions, we’ve been exploring mark making. The children have been encouraged to make marks to represent their names, helping to develop early writing skills and name recognition.
During PE, we had lots of fun playing ring games and practising how to move safely in the hall, looking for spaces and learning to be aware of others around us. In RE, we talked about how we are all special and unique. The children learnt that God made each of us, and we shared some lovely ideas about what makes us special. Our music sessions were full of rhythm and fun! We clapped out different rhythms and sang a lively name chant to help us learn each other’s names.
