This week we have celebrated the Feast of St Peter and St Paul. We learnt that Peter was a special friend of Jesus and he built the first Church. Father Peter treated us to an ice-cream, which we enjoyed very much and are thankful for.  Our book this week was 'Aliens Love Underpants'. We decorated underwear, made aliens with different pants, played with our space station toys and decorated an alien and talked about how it looked. In maths, we looked at different ways to make numbers up to 5. In phonics, we learnt the sound /c/ for camel. We practised finding and writing the sounds we knew. We used magnetic letters to make CVC words to match some pictures. In forest school, we went on a nature trail and made some necklaces. In music, we are learning songs about the weather.
