School closed due to Coronavirus pandemic
We are grateful to all of the key workers who are looking after us all and keeping our essential services going. In return, our superb staff team will continue to provide provision for their child / children. It is critical to note, however, that this provision should only be taken up if there are no other alternatives (see guidance). The government has asked parents/carers to keep their children at home, wherever possible, and for schools to remain open only for children who absolutely need to attend.
We are committed as a school to ensure that we provide a service in accordance with the statutory guidance. Should you need to take up this provision, please contact us on admin@st-simons.stockport.sch.uk
Free School Meals
If your child is eligible for a free school meal under the benefits system, our school will provide a grab bag. If your child is not in school, you are still able to order a daily grab bag and may come and collect it from school. Please order your grab bag(s) via:
admin@st-simons.stockport.sch.,uk
As you may have heard the government are introducing a voucher scheme to support children eligible for free school meals and more information regarding this will follow.
Whilst we are formally closed from Monday 23 March onwards, we will continue to support your child, both academically and pastorally; our school remains at the heart of our community and you will all be constantly in our prayers.
Stay safe and God bless
Mrs Crisp
