Today, we celebrated VE Day at school. We began the day exploring the importance of VE Day, going back in time and listening to Winston Churchill's announcement that the war had come to an end. We made Union Flag hats that we wore during lunchtime, then began to make a window display outlining how we are going to be peacekeepers in the future.  It was a lovely fun-filled day.
